Jack earned a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He brings his experience and knowledge as a CPA (audit, consulting, and risk management) and business relationship banking to his real estate clients through research, advice, and knowledge of the local real estate market.
A North Carolina native, Jack and his wife Tara moved to New York after graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill, to pursue a career as a CPA with Deloitte, serving banking and brokerage clients.
In 1993, Jack and Tara moved back to Charlotte and made their home in Plaza Midwood and then Eastover, raising their three daughters there.
Jack knows the importance of client education. He provides access to lending, insurance, and other trusted professionals to meet client needs in addition to guiding them through the home transaction.
Since joining Dickens Mitchener, Jack has helped clients successfully navigate long-distance relocation by finding them a home and community that best meet their needs and preferences.
Jack is committed to creating a high level of trust and confidence with every client. He is focused on the unique needs of each phase of client transition: first-time home buyers, upsizing clients, and those downsizing from a large home lifestyle to the lock-and-leave convenience of a smaller house, townhouse, or condo.

Jack enjoys spending time with his expanding family.
He and Tara enjoy going to large and small concert venues and experiencing Charlotte’s new restaurants with friends.
Jack loves golf, tennis, playing guitar, and frequent hikes at the ASC Greenway with family and friends.
